Yes, I am one of the very few LunaCord shippers. I have a theory that the two of them were BFFs as children, but a defensive older sister Celestia feared that Discord would hurt Luna with all his chaos, causing the two to be separated as young adults. Knowing of the plan to turn him to stone (which Luna was unwilling to do), Discord plotted revenge by transforming his best friend into Nightmare Moon.
